Birthday loot
Oct. 24th, 2004 10:30 pmOn the 22nd, I was suddenly 17. Which, crazily enough, means nothing except that I can now waste my money on a wider variety of movies. Though my haul this year was fairly good:
1. The extended OT on DVDs with a bonus disk full of documentaries and interviews that the geek in me absolutely squees over.
2. A nice thermos (so I can take my hot English Breakfast to school without using the eww school microwaves), which I later found out that my brother got for free from his most recent gig at some function. He's lucky I didn't play that one too, or he might've actually had to buy me a present. :P
3. A new Aztec-theme blue Velcro-band Timex watch. Since my old Fire-theme orange Velcro-band Timex watch fell off somewhere and was lost. Now I have no more excuses to be late to first period.
4. Babar's Museum of Art (see under cut for cover picture). This book made me laugh for forever. It features Babar in pretty much every important piece of artwork, ever.
