Publishings

Have any of you been published? If so, where and for what? Do you have any recommendations as to places to apply? Does your college have a nice lit mag? I've been simsubbing a few poems to ezines across the Internet, but I'm sure there's something I've missed that I absolutely can't do without.

Yes, I know this is random. But my goal for the next six months is to get something published, and dammit, I'm at least going to try. So, any suggestions?

Gilmore Girls and Vice Presidents

Since I'm supposed to be doing my homework, not LJing, I will summarize the important parts of my day quickly:

I love Taylor and think that his analysis of Luke and Lorelai's relationship was hilarious. Also, Lor's heading downstairs in Luke's shirt and finding the diner open had me laughing for forever.

Edwards and Cheney actually had a more interesting debate than I expected. Loved the, "Mr. Vice President, I don't think the country can take four more years of this type of experience." I try not to get into politics, especially here, but...point.
