(Just so you know, this is Lyn from the HMs) I wanted to express my sympathies for the death of this boy. To have someone go that way, and someone YOUNG, someone so full of promise is not the way life should work.
I too, dislike buying death flowers. My best friend's father just died last week from a long illness and I couldn't stand the thought of sending death flowers. But I settled for purple irises in the end because you can plant those and they grow year after year as a reminder of life and what is to come and they serve as a memory of what once was.
