I really enjoyed this fic. I like the scattered little moments that are all pulled together slowly and carefully. Having reread this more than one time, the story gets better with every read. Your descriptions are wonderful throughout. My particular favorite is the following: "He’s quiet, his smile thin as a papercut you don’t notice until you’ve dropped a half-gallon of blood on the upholstery.". Excellent job. :)
