i'm torn between "yay! next part!" and "dude, OW." i kind of like that the boys aren't wigged by the fact that they can feel each other's wounds and read each other's thoughts and heal really scary fast, but they do think it's weird. i like dean's narrative voice and his relationship with his car ("exorcise her," heh), and the way john thinks of his sons ("...and it feels like forgiveness.... and it feels like love"), and good and evil having drinks and chatting about their game, and sam trying to hold everything together at the funeral (and no, sammy, i don't think dean could piece you back together, if you should shatter now), and you sort of ran the gamut of emotions in this one and now i'm nervous about part three. but totally looking forward to it, too.
